Welcome to PrayFlo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PrayFlo mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using PrayFlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using PrayFlo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PrayFlo. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

Account Creation:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination:

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PrayFlo responsibly and respectfully. You will NOT:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Spam or distribute malware
• Attempt to hack or compromise the App
• Use automated tools to access the App
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment

5. Prayer Groups and Content

Group Creation:

• You can create up to 5 groups per account
• Group owners have administrative responsibilities
• Owners can moderate content and remove members
• Groups must comply with community guidelines

User Content:

• You retain ownership of content you create
• You grant PrayFlo a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
• You are responsible for your content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

6. Intellectual Property

App Ownership:

• PrayFlo and all its features are owned by us
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Our trademarks and branding are protected

User Feedback:

• Feedback and suggestions become our property
• We may use feedback without compensation
• You waive any rights to such feedback

7. Live Sessions and Communication

Video/Audio Sessions:

• Sessions use LiveKit technology
• Respect others' privacy during sessions
• Do not record without consent
• Sessions may be logged for quality and safety

Music and Content:

• Music is licensed for personal, non-commercial use
• Do not redistribute or download unauthorized content
• Respect copyright and licensing agreements

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier:

• Basic features are free with limitations
• We reserve the right to modify free tier features

Future Premium Features:

• We may introduce paid subscriptions
• Pricing will be clearly communicated
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds subject to our refund policy

9. Disclaimers

PrayFlo is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We are not responsible for technical issues
• We do not endorse user-generated content
• We are not liable for third-party services

Spiritual Content:

• PrayFlo is a tool for personal spiritual practice
• We do not provide religious counseling
• Consult appropriate religious leaders for guidance
• We are not responsible for spiritual interpretations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any)
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations, so these may not apply to you

You agree to indemnify and hold PrayFlo harmless from:

• Your content or actions

• Supabase (database)
• LiveKit (video/audio)
• Payment processors

16. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration:

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration

22. Termination and Survival

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App ends
• Certain provisions survive termination
• Data retention follows Privacy Policy
• You may create a new account if eligible

Surviving provisions include:

• Intellectual property rights
• Indemnification obligations
• Limitation of liability
• Dispute resolution
